I was only living in Seattle part time while I was trying to find a house. Nicole listened to what I wanted and found me the right properties to look at. And when we found properties that seemed promising, but I wasn't in town to view them, she would give me live video walkthroughs. After losing a couple of properties in bidding wars, we were finally able to negotiate a sale on a great property before the bidding wars started. And I am now settled into my dream home. If I ever sell this property or buy another property I'll call Nicole. It was a joy to work with her.
